Do communication Majors take an internship class?
Yes, each student enrolls in a one-semester internship class. Our alumni have had many different types of placements in all sectors of the Communication field, from paid to unpaid, remote to in-person.
Will I write for the school Newspaper?
Yes, all majors will have the opportunity to to be a staff writer for The Forum Media. You will write articles, take photographs, and record and edit podcasts.
Will Communication Majors make a portfolio?
Yes, each graduating student will write and design a print portfolio and a web portfolio and present it at the annual showcase.
Will I work with clients?
Yes, we offer numerous courses that provide opportunities to work with clients from the community.
